Renovating – Where do I start?

A focused session to help you step back, see the bigger picture, and work out the best way forward for your home.

Renovating or reconfiguring a home can bring up all sorts of questions — about layout, flow, phasing, budget and whether your current spaces are really working for how you live. It’s not always obvious what should come first or where your focus should be.

This session is designed to help you pause, take stock and talk things through with someone who understands both the practical and emotional sides of making a home work.

Over the course of up to two hours (in person or virtual), we’ll look at:

What’s working — and what’s not
Areas with untapped potential
Where layout or order of decisions may be holding you back

The types of changes worth exploring before committing to any one path

We won’t produce floor plans or suggest finishes, fabrics or colours — that would come later as part of our full design service. But we will help you make informed decisions at the right time, so you’re not left second-guessing further down the line.

Fee: £500 (deducted from our full-service design fee if you proceed within 60 days)

Availability: Limited to two sessions per month.
