How We Work With You

Three ways to begin – depending on where you are and what your home needs.

Most of our clients come to us at one of three moments: they’re planning a renovation and want the interior design thought through before building work begins; they’ve purchased a home and need it furnished properly from scratch; or they’re earlier than either of those – still working out what the project actually involves.

Our interior design services are structured differently depending on which of those situations you’re in. But the principle is always the same: the thinking comes first, and the design follows from there.

Our Services

Interior Design for Renovations

You’re reconfiguring, extending or renovating, and want the interiors planned properly before building starts.

If your project involves an architect, structural changes or any significant building work, the interior design needs to be established early – not worked out reactively on site.

We join the project before construction begins and develop the interior direction alongside your architect and builder: layouts, lighting, joinery, finishes and how every room will actually function day to day.

This means your build team has a clear brief from the outset. And you have the confidence that what’s being built is what you actually want to live in.

Interior Design & Furnishing

You’re furnishing a home from scratch, relocating, or transforming what’s already there.

Furnishing a whole home is deceptively complex. Hundreds of individual decisions – furniture, lighting, fabrics, flooring, tiles etc — all need to work together across every room, arrive in the right order, and be installed without damage or delay.  Most people underestimate how much coordination is involved. We manage all of it, from first concept through to the day you walk in and everything is in place.

This suits whole-home furnishing projects, second homes, relocations to the Cotswolds and homeowners who want a beautifully finished result without managing suppliers, trades and deliveries themselves.

You make the decisions that matter. We handle everything around them.

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION – Project Scoping Session

You want to get the foundations right before committing to anything larger.

Before thinking about colours, furniture or layouts, there are more fundamental questions to answer:

• What are you actually trying to achieve?

• How far should the project go?

• What needs to happen first, and what shouldn’t happen yet?

The Project Scoping Session is a focused interior design consultation that answers those questions.

A few days after the session, you will be given a written strategy report covering scope, sequence, budget reality and the decisions that will have the biggest impact on your project.

It works as a standalone session or as the natural first step toward a full design project. The fee is credited in full against your design fee if you proceed.

From £850 + VAT

What It’s Like to Work With Us

We’re a small, close-knit team – so whoever you’re working with at any given stage knows the full picture, not just their part of it.  Nothing falls between the cracks because nothing is handed off without context.

We communicate proactively. You won’t be left wondering what’s happening or what’s coming next. At each stage, we present curated options with a clear recommendation, so your time is spent choosing, not researching.

We’ll push back when something won’t work and we’ll explain why. We’ll protect the budget and the timeline. And we’ll handle the conversations with trades, suppliers and contractors so you don’t have to.

Most of our clients tell us the thing they valued most wasn’t just the finished result — it was how little they had to worry about getting there.

A desk with a laptop, coffee mug, and notebook, representing the thoughtful planning behind every renovation.

Not sure which is right for you?

That’s completely normal, and it’s one of the first things we help you work out.

Many of our clients aren’t sure whether their project is a renovation, a furnishing project, or something in between when they first get in touch.

Some begin with a Project Scoping Session and let the answer emerge from there.

The simplest next step is to tell us about your home, where you are in the process, and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll come back to you within one working day.
