During the course of our work with you we collect personal information that you provide such as name, address, telephone numbers, as well as personal details and interests, likes and dislikes.

We collect and use this information to understand you better and to give you the best possible service as a result. Specifically, it may be for personalisation of content, business information or client experience, account set up and administration. 

4. Marketing Communications

We may choose to send you marketing or other future information about our company unless you specifically ask us not to do so.

 

5. How Your Data Is Stored

We hold your personal data both electronically and on paper. It is not available through our website, or a data network shared with 3rd parties, other than the company which provides and supports our Interior Design Financial Documentation IT System which may have sight of names and addresses, orders and proposals through the system. 

 

6. Confidentiality and Limited Data Sharing

We treat personal data confidentially. We may share limited information (such as name, address, telephone number and email address) in the course of providing services and goods to you, such as the tradespeople and suppliers we commission on your behalf, or contractors or staff working for us.  We request them to keep all information confidential.

 

7. Project Financial Confidentiality

We never share the details of expenditure on your project with any other clients or 3rd parties, except as an anonymous comparison on similar individual goods or services when pulling together a high level budget for another client.

 

8. Third-Party Data Use

We do not share your data with any external 3rd parties other than those mentioned above. We will never sell your data to anyone, and do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

 

9. How Long We Keep Your Data

We expect to keep your data for a minimum of seven years in accordance with Tax and reporting legal obligations, and any contractual obligations.

 

10. Your Rights and Access to Information

You have the right to request details of the information we hold about you. You can request deletion of that data, unless we are obliged to keep it by law.
