Let’s Start with a Conversation

Our philosophy is simple: your home should feel right for you. That starts with making sure we’re the right team and fully understand what you need.

We begin with a relaxed, no-obligation chat about your project, followed by a home visit to see the space firsthand. This visit helps us gather key details, understand your aspirations, and ensure we’re aligned before we move into our structured six-step process.

Step 1: Laying the Foundations

This is where we take the time to truly understand you – your lifestyle, your tastes and how you want your home to work for you. We refine the brief, agree on the scope and set clear expectations so every decision moving forward is considered and intentional.

Step 2: Concept & Spatial Design

With a clear brief in place, we start shaping the layout and spatial design of your home. We create floor plans and 3D visuals, mapping out how each space will function and flow. At this stage, we also introduce key design ideas with look and feel mood boards to show you our ideas. Your feedback is essential here – once we refine and agree on layout, we move forward to the finer details.

Step 3: Detailed Design

With the layout agreed, we now focus on the specifics—selecting every last element that will bring the space together. This includes:

Lighting plans & electrical layouts
Bespoke joinery & fitted furniture
Finishes, materials & colour schemes
Furnishings, fixtures & equipment

By the end of this stage, you’ll have a fully developed design with 3D visuals, furnishing selections, and a detailed cost breakdown—so you know exactly how your home will look and what it will cost.

Step 4: Procurement & Scheduling

Once everything is signed off, we produce detailed specifications, manage the ordering, sourcing, and deliveries, working with trusted suppliers and craftsmen to ensure everything arrives on time and as expected. No chasing orders or dealing with delays—we handle it all.

Step 5: Implementation & Project Co-ordination

Now, the transformation begins. Depending on the scope of your project:

If we are managing the trades, we oversee every detail—ensuring the work is completed to the highest standard.
If a contractor is managing the build, we remain involved, carrying out site visits to ensure the design is being implemented exactly as planned.

Once the site work is completed, we return to install all furnishings and final touches, ensuring everything is in place before you see the results.

Step 6: The Big Reveal & Project Wrap

This is the moment you’ve been waiting for! W invite you to step into your finished space, with every detail completed and in place. We take care of any final snagging, present the final financials, and ensure everything is exactly as it should be. We also provide aftercare support should you need anything once you’re settled.
