Our Client said…

We moved from a smaller traditional cottage to a newly built very modern house of a totally different character – didn’t know where to begin!

We asked her a few questions about the experience of working with us….

What was the result you were looking to achieve?

In this first phase, bold and modern furnishing to complement the “wow” factor of the dining area as built.

What was standing in the way of being able to achieve that yourselves?

We had no idea where to start!

Did everything go as you expected?   Are you happy with the result?

Well, we didn’t really know what to expect but absolutely, everything went exactly as explained up-front by Julia and Jess.  We are far more than happy with the result! 

It’s absolutely terrific.

What was the experience of working with THM like?

Great!  Really clear up-front explanation of the process and what can be expected of us and from THM; very relaxed and friendly but also extremely business-like; (more minor point but – completely punctual, which in a time when we have been dealing with many trades and specialists is an absolute breath of fresh air!); got results we hadn’t dreamed of, on budget!

What advice would you give anyone considering working with THM?

Just do it!  Trust the process and the people: you’re in a very safe pair of (well, two pairs of) hands!
