What was the result you were looking to achieve?

A grown up and cohesive design and style from top to bottom, yet relaxed and comfortable and robust enough for family life with very young children.

What was standing in the way of being able to achieve that yourselves?

Time, the confidence to do it ourselves and the courage to try something different.  Also a lack of tradeperson contacts

Did everything go as you expected?   Are you happy with the result?

Yes, we have no regrets whatsoever.  The communication and updates were great.  We loved the process and always knew what was happening.   We didn’t want to look at 50 sofas etc and were delighted you whittled it down to 2 or 3 choices – all of which we liked.

What was the experience of working with THM like?

Fantastic, exceptional!  You really got who we were. 

What advice would you give anyone considering working with THM?

100% go for it.  Cannot recommend highly enough.
